All Hands In

NAIDOC 6 – 13 July

The 2025 is "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy" This theme celebrates not only the achievements from the past, but the bright future ahead, empowered by the strength of our young leaders, the vision of our communities and the legacy of our ancestors. It invites all Australians to listen, learn, and engage in meaningful dialogue, fostering a society where the wisdom and contributions of Indigenous peoples are fully valued and respected.

We are working with local elders and all in our community to bring together a respectful and strong celebration for NAIDOC week. Keep an eye on our Facebook for event details.

International Women’s Day March 10

SNCC is proud to be once again hosting an IWD event for high school students at The HUB in Springwood on Monday the 10th of March 2025.

Volunteer Week 19-25 May

National Volunteer Week is Australia's largest annual celebration of volunteering. The theme for 2025 is "Connecting Communities!". This special event provides an opportunity to highlight the important role of volunteers in our community and invites people not currently volunteering to give it a go. Blue Fringe Festival 22 - 25 October

SNCC continues to work in collaboration with Belong BM, the Blue Mountains Women’s Health and Resource Centre and a small committee of volunteers to raise money and organise the 2025 Blue Fringe Art Festival. Click HERE for more information.
