Manager
Rosemary Bishop (M.B.A., G.A.I.C.D., B.A. (Hons.) Dip Ed)                                                                           
Rosemary is the Manager of Springwood Neighbourhood Centre. She has a background in business, community services and education. She was the CEO of 3Bridges, a community organisation that services the St George, Sutherland and Central Sydney area to enable community connection and support wellbeing from birth to death. Rosemary led the merge of Mamre Plains, a small charity supporting refugees and people with a disability, into Catholic Care before joining 3Bridges. She is engaged in community services and passionate about the quality of organisational governance. She is currently Chairperson for Connect Child and Family Services in the Blue Mountains and the Health Consumer Member Nepean Blue Mountains LHD Research Board Subcommittee.

Samantha Crisford-Eade
Samantha, a resident of the Blue Mountains since 2016, is deeply committed to Springwood as her forever home and seeks to forge connections within her community through her role on the SNCC Board. With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and a BA majoring in Psychology, Samantha advocates for inclusivity and support for neurodiverse individuals in the workplace as an ADHD & Performance Coach. Through her multifaceted expertise and passion for community engagement, Samantha aims to enhance social welfare initiatives and advocate for the diverse needs of Springwood residents as a dedicated member of the SNCC Board.
Secretary of the Board
Christine McLeod
Christine has lived on and off in the Blue Mountains since 1986 when her Air Force husband was first posted to Glenbrook. She has also lived in Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Atlanta, Georgia in the USA. She and her husband have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren, all of whom give her much joy.
She is a retired Doctor of Clinical Psychology who worked in the Nepean Blue Mountains LHD for many years. Among her interests are: travelling- both as a grey nomad all around Australia- and overseas; reading; bush walking; tai chi and spending time with friends and family. She is a member of the Springwood Anglican church, Springwood Bushwalking Club, the Women’s Club in Sydney and the Springwood Neighbourhood Centre where she is both a volunteer and the Secretary on the Board.

Glen Thickett
Glen is a senior leader in the Information Technology and Financial Services industries. A member of the SNCC board since 2023, he hopes his experience in process improvement, problem solving, vendor management, and organisational change management will provide useful support.
He lives in Blackheath with his wife of thirty+ years, and two dogs. His adult daughter lives in Springwood. When not working or making careful deliberations in SNCC board meetings he enjoys bushwalking, art, creative writing and random amateur carpentry projects.
